We don't sell simulators. We tell you what to buy.

CaddieBay is not a golf-sim retailer. We carry no inventory, run no warehouse, and have no bundle to push. Here's exactly how that stays true in practice.

A paper golf scorecard held in a hand, showing the hole-by-hole grid: yardages for each tee set, OUT, IN and TOT columns, and the par and handicap rows.
A scorecard records what happened, not what anyone wanted to happen. So does a component page. N75746 via Wikimedia Commons. CC BY-SA 4.0.

How we rank components

Every launch monitor, enclosure, projector, mat, and software package is compared on accuracy, indoor fit, real ownership cost (subscription fees included, not hidden), and price at the tier it competes in. A component's affiliate commission rate never enters that ranking. When two products are close, we say so and give the honest tradeoff instead of picking a winner to satisfy a program.

How we make money

Some outbound links to component vendors and retailers are affiliate links: we earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Every page carrying one of those links discloses it. We also run Amazon Associates links on components sold there (mats, nets, accessories, some launch monitors), and may run advertising once the site has meaningful traffic. None of these change what gets recommended.

What we're not affiliated with

CaddieBay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SkyTrak, Garmin, Foresight Sports, Trackman, Bushnell, Rapsodo, FlightScope, TruGolf, GSPro, or any other brand named on this site. Product and brand names are used nominatively, to identify and compare real products, not to imply endorsement.

Pricing accuracy

Component prices are static, sourced from the vendor or a major retailer, and dated at the time we checked them. They are reviewed on a cadence rather than pulled from a live feed, since golf-sim gear pricing and lineups change quickly. A stale price is a defect; if you spot one, tell us and we'll verify and correct it.

Corrections

If a factual error, an outdated spec, or a broken affiliate link shows up anywhere on the site, email hello@caddiebay.com. We fix it and update the page's modified date.
